I was having difficulty breathing and a persistent cough. I reached out to Crystal Clean Duct Service to get my Air ducts cleaned. Upon inspection they noticed significant mold growth within our air handler that had contributed to my pulmonary issues. After discovering the root cause of my issues and the hard work they put in to resolving the mold issue my breathing has noticeably improved. I highly recommend their Air Duct Cleaning Services.

Crystal Clean Duct service was fast and very responsive. I had my whole HVAC system replaced by them and I was informed of everything going on.

I was impressed with the expertise of the services I needed as it has been many years since I had it last serviced. Therefore, it required extra work and they never hesitated to go the extra mike to ensure I was totally satisfied with the work accomplished. I worked with both Mike and Justin. I stopped Mike at his truck as he worked to clean a neighbor's dryer vent. He promptly and politely answered my questions and gave me his business card and a quote. I actually got other estimates but they all seemed "new at this". I chose Mike for his professionalism. On my scheduled day we had extenuating circumstances (snow) which lead Justin to pick up my job. Justin was very professional, easy to communicate with, and I felt safe with him in and around my home. The price was right, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, and my technician was right on time. 5 stars, all around.

Great service by Matt on our oil furnace. Looks like new after he replaced the boiler internals. Saved us purchasing a new furnace at much higher cost 5 Stars.
